Meghan M. Martinez Meghan is so honored to be a part of this amazing company of women. She was placed in her first combat class, nails painted and high-heels on, before she even knew what stage combat was: it was clearly love at first parry one-moulinet-cut three! She is a graduate of Columbia College Chicago where she was lucky enough to have trained with SAFD Fight Master David Woolley. One of her best learning experiences to date was the spring of 2007 when she did her first show with the Babes. She looks forward to many years of learning from these powerful women. Meghan really enjoys bringing stage combat to high schoolers, especially girls. She has choreographed at East Leyden High School and Roosevelt High School. She would like to think that someday she will be as strong and confident as her mama, the late Annmarie and she thanks her daddy and brand new husband, Julian for encouraging her to be strong. |
